A simple but powerful thought, it could be the reason why the Father refers to Himself as “I Am”.

Lack of exercise has always been an issue with our household – being both work at home parents and raising a home school boy ties us to chairs and leaves us with little to no physical efforts. Instead of working out, we are hiding behind our venetian blinds so to speak.

To change this we have started to wake up early in the morning for an hour of basketball while our youngest walk around the court. Our weekend has also been very busy lately – we have resolved to take our kids outdoors from some physical activities. Our current favorite by far is the Quezon Circle park, with its biking and gokart options, even us parents are assured to break enough sweat.

Around 3 years ago, we noticed that our son was getting a bit bored – and lonely. Since it was not yet time for our second baby, we thought of getting him a cute pet. And incidentally, there was a pet store just outside of the village that we live in, and we always see the cute Shih Tzu’s that were being sold. So when my sons 4th birthday was coming up, we decided it was time to teach our son about caring and loving someone other than his parents – and so we bought the bounciest among the bunch of puppies. Little did we know that the best pet to get are supposed to be the timid ones! Chewee was so cute but he was too energetic and smart, to the point that it gets annoying. After many sleepless nights and restless days, finally we were able to tame him, and soon a bond was formed between this new pet and our small family. Up to this day he is still as smart, cudly, loving and loyal as ever.

Speaking of problems, what I’ve been thinking about for a while now is what particular business is suitable for me and my family. I’ve been working for a few years now, and I am still enjoying it, but we are considering getting a business set up for additional income – if not a new source of primary income. We’ve been considering a lot of things, from Furniture, Internet Cafe, Music Bar, Recording Studio – even a mini-grocery! All I need is a epson receipt printer and I can start selling stuff, but I know it’s not that easy. So hopefully when the time comes, I have made the best choice.

I’ve always been interested with plants. In fact our house used to be surrounded with trees and plants and this whole barangay used to be a giant farm land! I remember that there were only a few houses and we played on fields we call “bukid”. If technology like hydroponic systems were available back then, things could have been a lot greener and better. Now a days, our barangay is full of houses, I guess that is the price of development…

Thank God, I have this blog wherein I can write my frustration and things that I’m problematic with. I’m quite problematic and stressed nowadays because its seems that all of my plans are going to be fail? I hope not because I planed those 6 months ago but i think it’s not the right time for now for things to happen.
